I'm Totally Alive
It was my birthday a while ago and I had a BLAST.
We went to Outback Steakhouse (or, as I like to call it, Outhouse Steakback) where we all got steaks and I got a Hefeweizen on tap. Mmmm.
Then Billy and I took last Friday off and went to Magic Mountain.
Now, I've been to Magic Mountain so many times that I'm not really scared of coasters anymore. Yes, the anxiety makes me nervous the first couple of rides, but then I'm over it and just enjoy the experience.
We went on their newest ride; Tatzu.
This insane ride makes you FACE THE GROUND the entire time (except when you're upside down - then you face the sky). I was genuinely terrified for quite a bit of it as since it's on a hill, the first view of not-concrete-ground is 150ft up!! Awesome fun and I would have gone on it right away again but the wait was 1 1/2 hours.
Billy bought me a fisheye lens and a macro-light.
All in all a PERFECT 'birthday-week'.

Sounds like a terrific birthday! I'm glad you had fun, and Billy's gifts totally kick ass! I hope to see lots of pictures taken with your new toys. :)
Oh god, I had the worst/wimpiest time on Space Mountain in November. I am not a coaster person.
